Rate Savings are dependent on many different factors including but not limited to claims experience, group demographics, plan design, and many other factors. Quoted rates are only valid for the period outlined on the quote, after that period a requote is required where new rates will be set by the insurance carrier. Our quoted rates are based off the information we are provided in the request for quote document, if any of that information is inaccurate the quote will need to be repriced as it is not valid any longer. We must be notified immediately of any changes to your employee base or to the benefits on your plan as if we wait until plan implementation to make these changes it could result in your rates changing or the benefits company declining your group insurance coverage.
